Peace process moving in positive direction: Nepal PM (Outlook India) |
Nepal Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has said the peace process in the country was moving in the “positive direction”, despite no breakthrough in the talks with the agitating ethnic Madhesi groups in the Terai region demanding autonomy.
