Nepal’s peace process has lost momentum: EU (Japan Today)

KATHMANDU — Nepal’s peace process has lost its momentum owing to the indefinite postponement of a Constituent Assembly election that had been scheduled to take place last month, a high-level European Union delegation said Thursday at the end of a three-day visit.
