Nepal Says Terai Armed Groups Ready for Talks Before Elections (Bloomberg.com) |
March 26 (Bloomberg) — Nepal’s government said armed groups in the Terai region bordering India are ready to hold talks after earlier threatening to disrupt next month’s general elections in the Himalayan country.
