Kathmandu, Aug 24 (IANS) Even as Nepal’s first Maoist Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ sparked a controversy by making China his first international destination, a fresh ripple is expected with Foreign Affairs Minister Upendra Yadav heading for India Thursday.
