Koirala blames Prachanda for collapse of ‘consensus’ in Nepal (Chennai Online) |
Kathmandu, Sept 3 Nepal’s former Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has blamed premier Prachanda for the collapse of the seven party unity, which chartered the peace process in the country, saying the landmark process to frame a new constitution may now suffer.
