Nepal PM quits after President vetoes move to sack army chief (The Statesman)

Press Trust of India KATHMANDU, May 4: Nepal plunged into deeper political crisis today with Prime Minister Prachanda resigning after a thinly-veiled attack on India over its reported backing of the army chief whom he had unsuccessfully tried to sack.
