Kathmandu, June 16 (IANS) The chief of Nepal’s Maoist party, who led a 10-year savage guerrilla war against the state in a bid to overthrow the Shah dynasty of kings and establish a republic, has been chosen for a top peace award - a sign of the changing times in the former Himalayan kingdom.
