Kathmandu, July 21 (IANS) After a 10-year war and a decisive victory in the battle of the ballot three months ago, the Maoists’ dream to lead the new government of Nepal began to recede Monday with their candidate’s defeat by an alliance of three other major parties in the presidential poll.
